These terms govern your use of AidMotion.com, operated by AidMotion Inc.

For donors

Donations made through AidMotion are final and non-refundable except in cases of fraud or charity misrepresentation. Refund requests should be sent to support@aidmotion.com.

For charities

Charities must maintain valid legal registration in a supported country and use donations for the purposes stated in their campaigns. Disputes (chargebacks) are deducted from the charity's balance, mirroring Stripe's marketplace handling.

General

We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or for fraud. Use of AidMotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
